AUST offers 32 undergraduate programs across 4 faculties (FAS, FBE, FE, FHS).

Four campuses: Ashrafieh in Beirut (main), Zahlé, Sidon, and Bhamdoun.

English is the primary language; the Faculty of Business and Economics also runs a French Section. The American credit system applies (~30 credits/year).

AUST holds ABET accreditation for engineering and computer science, IACBE for business, and EVALAG institutional accreditation.

AUST follows a rolling-admission model with three intakes per academic year (Fall, Spring, Summer). Specific 2026-27 deadline dates are published on the AUST Academic Calendar. Applicants who do not submit standardized test scores take the AUST Entrance Exam (English Placement + Math Placement) on campus.

Tuition (AY 2025-26)

AUST's tuition tables are published on the AUST Tuition Fees and Expenses pages but the site is fully client-side rendered and the content isn't programmatically extractable. Per AUST's published payment policy, undergraduate tuition is paid in three installments per semester (25% / 25% / 50%).

High-school grades

  • A recognized secondary school certificate is required: Lebanese Baccalaureate, French Bac, IB Diploma, US High School Diploma, etc.
  • An equivalence from the Lebanese Ministry of Education is required for non-Lebanese curricula.
  • Grade 11 and 12 transcripts must be submitted with the application.
